Creating Operating units from HRMS Responsibility

Navigate to Sys Admin Responsibility > Profile > System

Give details as shown below

& click on find

Give your Business group name

& save the record.

Once the profile option is saved at responsibility level, system will automatically set the profile option for HR:Business Group to the same Business Group

Now set the profile option for HR:User Type at responsibility level

If we select HR User as the value, from that responsibility we can define Organization & work structure.

If we select Payroll user as the value, from that responsibility we can define Payroll.

If we select HR with Payroll user as the value, from that responsibility we can define Organization structure, work structure as well as Payroll.

Now navigate to HRMS responsibility > Work Structure > Organization > Description à Click on New

Click on others & then on Operating Unit Information

Define New Inventory Organization

Creating a HR Organization: HR Organization is used to secure Employee & Positions.

In order to create a HR organization, Navigate to Work Structure > Organization > Description à Click on New

Give details as shown below

With this the Multi Org setups are completed.
